Is this self-paced?
Yes, this is completely self-paced. But we encourage you to take action. 3-5 hours per week starting out
How long does it take to get results?
If you are putting in 5 action hours per week, and meet with at least 30 landlords, you should get results in 4-6 weeks. Keep in mind, results vary based on how well you put the plan into action. Some students have gotten results in their first week, and some have had to wait 3 months.
How long do I have access for?
You have access to the course, along with all other features, for the length of your membership. Kyle regularly makes updates with new strategies/systems/resources/etc. When updates are pubished, you get alerted.
Is it too late to get into this business (aka: is it too saturated)?
Absolutely not. It's a great time to jump in. Travel is transforming. More people are travelling for more reasons than ever before. And more than ever, people are looking for a more personalized AirBnB experience over a hotel.
Does this course have any refunds or guarantees?

Are there contracts for arbitrage and co-hosting?

What if I'm brand new and have no experience?
Great! Then you are just like 95% of our students who have found success. Everyone has to start somewhere, so you are doing the right thing by starting with a program that can teach you the exact steps to success.
What format is the course in?
The course comes mainly in video form and Kyle likes to make each video 5-10 minutes long, so it's easy to stay engaged. Long videos can be boring ;) The course also has bullet point notes, contracts, templates, and other resources.
What is the 6FF Community all about? Do I have any 1-on-1 support as well?
Great question. 1-on-1 coaching is not included in your 6FF Membership, but is available as an add-on service. To apply, click here. As a member of the 6FF Community (which IS part of your membership!) you will get amazing support if you take full advantage of it. Within the Community, you can post your questions anytime and expect quality answers within a few hours or less.
